Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

Terminal MT5 is built so that your trading data stays on your own computer. This policy explains what little data is processed, why, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Fernando Simón Aguado, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

The Chrome extension

Trading data stays local

All trade calculations, order requests and automation settings are processed locally. The extension communicates only with the Terminal MT5 Expert Advisor running in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal, through your computer's local address (127.0.0.1). Your orders, positions, balance, equity and trading history are never sent to us or to any third-party server.

What we never collect

Local settings

Preferences such as your selected volume mode are saved in Chrome's local extension storage on your device. You can remove them at any time by uninstalling the extension.

Permissions

Access to TradingView chart pages is used only to read the symbol you are viewing and the values of the Long/Short Position tool when you click Paste Position. Notifications are used only to alert you when one of your PRO automations triggers.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you buy PRO, Paddle collects the information needed to complete the payment, such as your name, email address, country and payment details, under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card or bank details. We receive your email address, the country of purchase and the status of your licence, and we use them only to activate PRO, provide support and meet our tax and accounting obligations.

This website

Legal basis and retention

We process purchase data to perform our contract with you and to comply with legal obligations, and support emails based on our legitimate interest in answering you. Purchase records are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax law. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
