These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Terminal MT5 Chrome extension, the Terminal MT5 Expert Advisor and this website (together, the "Software"). The Software is developed and provided by Fernando Simón Aguado, an individual based in Spain ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Software does
Terminal MT5 is order-management software. It lets you send and manage orders in your own MetaTrader 5 terminal from a Chrome side panel, using a local connection on your computer. The Software does not hold funds, does not connect to your broker on its own, and does not execute any trade that you have not configured.
2. No financial advice
The Software is a tool. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management or recommendations of any kind. All trading decisions, including order size, stop loss, take profit and automation settings, are made by you and are your sole responsibility.
3. Trading risk
Trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products involves a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software.
- Free plan: available at no cost, for an unlimited time.
- PRO Lifetime: a one-time payment that unlocks the PRO features (Risk % lot sizing, Auto Break-Even / Auto Stop and Auto Close) for the lifetime of the product, linked to the account used for the purchase.
You may not resell, sublicense, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Software, or share your PRO licence with other people.
5. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
6. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep MetaTrader 5, Chrome and your computer running and connected while you rely on the Software, including its automations.
- Check whether your broker or prop firm allows Expert Advisors before you send orders with the Software on that account. Some prop firms forbid EAs on their challenges or funded accounts, and we are not responsible for any rule breach on your account.
- Review every order before sending it and verify it in MetaTrader 5.
8. Third-party platforms
The Software works alongside third-party products, including Google Chrome, TradingView and MetaTrader 5. We do not control those products, and changes to them may temporarily affect some features of the Software. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Software compatible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Terminal MT5 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView, Inc., MetaQuotes Ltd. or Google LLC.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, slippage, execution delays, connection failures or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
