If Terminal MT5 PRO isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy, or your Paddle order number.
- Alternatively, reply to your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to find your order and request the refund directly.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
Once the refund is issued, the PRO features are deactivated. You can keep using the free plan.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days are not normally refundable. If something isn't working, email us anyway. We'll do our best to help, and we'll consider refunds in exceptional cases.
